SME Survey (Pty) Ltd. is a registered company which has been operational since 2003.

Founded originally by Orrin Klopper, MD of Netsurit, Arthur Goldstuck, MD of World Wide Worx and business owners Debbie Whittaker of Coolcumba Communications and Celeste Whitaker of Fizz Marketing Services, SME Survey is now owned by partners Arthur, Debbie and Celeste and is project managed by Tracey Hansen.

SME Survey’s vision is to be the longest standing and largest annual SME research and marketing provider in South Africa; offering project stakeholders strategic information, education and networking platforms for them to communicate with SME owners and business decision-makers in South Africa.
